Allen Bradley PLC Parts 1747-M13 Plc Programmable Controller

1747-M13 is a memory module intended for use with the Allen-Bradley SLC 500 Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). This memory module has an integrated 64K of user back-up memory.
Firmware revisions of this processors must be Series C OS302 or later for SLC 5/03, Series C OS401 or later for SLC 5/04 and Series C OS501 or later for SLC 5/05.
This memory module requires a memory adapter module with part number 1747-M15 series B. If a Series A 1747-M15 is used, the memory module may be damaged.
To burn the program to the memory module, use RSLogix 500 programming software. Simply connect to the processor and initiate program burn to EEPROM module.
